Terms of service
Overview
Welcome to Mini World Emporium! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mini World Emporium. Mini World Emporium operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Mini World Emporium is powered by Shopify Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd or Shopify International Limited, depending on where Mini World Emporium is located, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services. These Terms of Service do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or any other non-waivable statutory rights.
These Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale govern your use of the Mini World Emporium website, online store and associated services, and purchases made through our website.
The words “we”, “us”, “our” and “Mini World Emporium” refer to the business operating under the trading name Mini World Emporium.
Mini World Emporium is an independent UK retailer based at Afflecks, Manchester, specialising in DIY book nooks, miniature kits, pre-built miniatures, gifts, souvenirs, collectibles and novelty products.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure through which we offer our products and services. Purchases are made directly from Mini World Emporium.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, subject to your statutory rights and applicable law.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
1. Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage. To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Customers placing orders must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract or have appropriate authorisation.
Customers under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using our website, creating an account or placing an order.
You must not impersonate another person, provide fraudulent details or use payment information without authorisation.
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may reasonably restrict or suspend website access where necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity or security threats.
Such restrictions will not remove rights relating to existing orders or prevent customers from exercising statutory rights.
2. Our products
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES AND VARIATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.
Product images may include decorative props, furniture, books, shelves or accessories for demonstration purposes.
Unless expressly stated, these additional items are not included.
Photographs showing completed book nooks or illuminated displays may demonstrate the finished appearance of a DIY kit. Customers should check the individual listing to establish whether the product is supplied assembled or requires construction.
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may arise from screen settings, lighting, photography, materials or manufacturing batches.
Some items may feature handmade or individually finished elements, resulting in small differences between products.
However, all products must correspond with their descriptions and satisfy applicable statutory requirements.
We may amend product information or discontinue products without prior notice, but changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order without a lawful basis or the customer’s agreement.
PRODUCT MANUFACTURING AND INTERNATIONAL SOURCING
Mini World Emporium is an independent UK retailer offering products sourced from manufacturers, designers, wholesalers and suppliers within the United Kingdom and internationally.
Our collection may include commercially manufactured products, handmade items, independently designed creations and products created or customised by Mini World Emporium.
Unless expressly stated, customers should not assume that products are:
- Manufactured in the United Kingdom.
- Handmade or individually produced.
- Exclusive to Mini World Emporium.
- Designed or manufactured directly by Mini World Emporium.
- Officially licensed by a particular brand or franchise.
The country of manufacture does not, by itself, establish whether a product is defective or inferior.
All products remain subject to applicable UK product safety, consumer protection and description requirements.
PRODUCT PACKAGING, LANGUAGES AND INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the international nature of our sourcing, products may contain additional languages alongside English.
This may include text appearing on:
- Manufacturer packaging.
- Protective outer packaging or transport slipcases.
- Labels, inserts and printed materials.
- Assembly instructions and instruction booklets.
- Decorative miniature components, books and accessories.
Some protective packaging or transport slipcases may feature text in Chinese or another language and may differ from packaging shown in product photographs.
The language content of assembly instructions may vary by manufacturer and product.
Where relevant, we aim to identify language information in individual product descriptions.
We aim to ensure that legally required safety information and instructions are provided in an appropriate language, including English where required.
Customers requiring confirmation of the language used on a particular product or its instructions are welcome to contact us before purchasing.
The presence of additional languages does not automatically indicate that a product is defective, counterfeit, inferior or incorrectly described.
Nothing in this section permits misleading product descriptions, missing legally required safety information or products that fail to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
DIY BOOK NOOKS, MINIATURE KITS AND ASSEMBLY
Our DIY book nooks and miniature kits may contain numerous small, delicate and intricate components.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products advertised as DIY kits require customer assembly.
Depending on the product, assembly may involve:
- Joining miniature components.
- Following illustrated instructions.
- Applying stickers or decorative elements.
- Connecting lighting components.
- Using suitable tools or adhesives.
- Cutting, sanding or adjusting components where instructed.
Assembly difficulty, time and complexity may vary.
Many kits feature pre-cut or snap-fit components, although some may require additional assembly techniques.
Customers should review the individual product description and instructions before beginning assembly.
Unless stated otherwise, glue, batteries and assembly tools are not included.
Mini World Emporium may remove manufacturer-supplied adhesives before sale or dispatch for safety, transport or compliance reasons.
Where removal materially affects assembly or the product supplied, this will be disclosed before purchase.
We are not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, inappropriate adhesives or modifications contrary to adequate supplied instructions, where permitted by law.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe, incomplete or misdescribed products.
LIGHTING COMPONENTS, BATTERIES AND PRODUCT SAFETY
Certain products contain electrical lighting components, including LED lighting.
Where applicable, customers should:
- Follow the supplied instructions and safety information.
- Use only the specified battery type and voltage.
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity.
- Avoid mixing old and new batteries or different battery types unless expressly permitted by the manufacturer.
- Keep batteries and small components away from young children.
- Avoid exposing electrical components to liquids or unsuitable conditions.
- Discontinue use if components appear damaged or unsafe.
Batteries are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
Adult assembly or supervision may be recommended depending on the product’s intended age group and complexity.
Customers must observe applicable product warnings, age restrictions and safety instructions.
Mini World Emporium aims to supply products that meet applicable UK product safety requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for unsafe or defective products where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
PRODUCT INSPECTIONS, COMPONENT CHECKS AND SECURITY SEALS
We aim to undertake reasonable checks of products before sale or dispatch where practicable.
Depending on the product, checks may include confirming the presence of accessible instructions, lighting components, packaging and principal accessories.
Due to the large number of small pieces contained in some miniature kits, we do not guarantee that every individual component has been counted or separately inspected.
Certain kits may be sealed or labelled following inspection.
A seal indicates that a check has been undertaken but does not guarantee the absence of manufacturing defects or packing errors.
If a customer discovers missing, damaged or incorrect components, they should contact us with their order details and a description of the issue.
Photographs may assist our investigation but are not mandatory for exercising statutory rights.
Where appropriate, we may offer replacement components, repair, exchange or another suitable remedy.
These solutions do not replace statutory rights to reject faulty goods or obtain another remedy where applicable.
PRODUCT RECALLS AND SAFETY NOTICES
Customer safety is important to Mini World Emporium.
If we become aware of a product safety concern, manufacturing defect or recall affecting products we have supplied, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
This may include:
- Investigating reported safety concerns.
- Suspending affected products from sale.
- Contacting relevant suppliers or manufacturers.
- Providing safety warnings or updated instructions.
- Contacting affected customers where reasonably possible and legally required.
- Arranging appropriate recall, replacement, repair, refund or other corrective measures.
- Notifying relevant authorities where required.
Customers who become aware of a potential safety issue should discontinue use where appropriate and contact us promptly.
We may use order contact information to communicate important product safety information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Nothing in this section restricts statutory rights or legal obligations concerning product safety.
AGE RESTRICTIONS AND SUPERVISION
Some products may contain small parts, batteries, sharp components or other materials that are unsuitable for young children.
Products should only be used by the intended age group specified on the packaging, product description or safety instructions.
Where adult supervision or assembly is recommended or required, customers should follow that guidance.
Certain products, including particular adhesives, tools or other regulated items, may be subject to legal age restrictions.
Where applicable, Mini World Emporium may request reasonable age verification and refuse a sale that would breach legal requirements.
Age recommendations and warnings do not replace our obligations to supply safe and compliant products.
PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Mini World Emporium may offer personalised, customised or made-to-order products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details, including names, dates, wording and other requested information.
Where proofs or design previews are provided, customers should check them carefully before approving production.
Once a customer has approved a design or production has commenced, changes may not always be possible.
Qualifying goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory online change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exception will apply only where the product meets the relevant legal requirements.
Personalised products remain subject to statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
FOOD, CONFECTIONERY AND PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Certain food and confectionery products may be subject to additional legal requirements concerning ingredients, allergens, labelling, storage and shelf life.
Customers should read the product packaging and relevant information before consumption.
Some perishable products may qualify for statutory exceptions to online change-of-mind cancellation rights.
However, not all food products are automatically excluded from cancellation rights.
Products must comply with applicable food safety and consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for unsafe, incorrectly labelled or misdescribed products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. Mini World Emporium reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until Mini World Emporium confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Mini World Emporium may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our return and refund policy. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, a binding contract is formed when the order is dispatched or when we notify the customer that it is ready for collection.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including insufficient stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, genuine pricing errors or delivery restrictions.
Where payment has been collected and an order is not accepted, an appropriate refund will be issued.
If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will comply with our contractual and statutory obligations.
Customers should review their order details carefully before submitting payment.
STOCK AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE LIMITS
All products are subject to availability.
Occasional discrepancies may occur because of simultaneous online and in-store purchases, inventory errors or supplier issues.
Where an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate resolution.
We may apply reasonable purchase quantity limits to prevent fraud, stock manipulation or misuse of promotions.
Any restrictions will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
Where pre-orders or backorders are offered, the product listing will identify the relevant arrangement.
Estimated availability and dispatch dates will be communicated before purchase where reasonably possible.
Estimated dates may change due to manufacturing, supplier, customs or transport delays.
Where a material delay occurs, we will inform the customer and provide applicable cancellation or refund options.
Pre-orders and backorders remain subject to statutory consumer protections, including applicable delivery and cancellation rights.
ONLINE CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For most products purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason.
Customers must notify us of their decision to cancel within 14 days after the day they receive the goods, subject to the applicable rules for multiple deliveries and statutory exceptions.
After notifying us, customers generally have a further 2/3 days to return the goods.
Customers may cancel by email or another clear statement communicating their decision.
A model cancellation form is available through our Return and Refund Policy, but customers are not required to use that specific form.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation where we have properly informed them of that responsibility, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to bear the cost.
For valid cancellations, we will refund the applicable purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge required by law.
Where a more expensive delivery service was selected, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our least expensive generally acceptable delivery option.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the statutory timeframe.
Where goods are being returned, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
We do not impose restocking or administration fees for statutory cancellations.
OPENED KITS, ASSEMBLY AND DIMINISHED VALUE
Customers purchasing online are entitled to handle and reasonably inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Opening a product box or removing ordinary protective packaging does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
However, our DIY kits contain delicate components that may be permanently altered through assembly or opening package.
Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect goods may include:
- Popping out individual parts from wood sheets.
- Gluing components together.
- Cutting or permanently modifying pieces.
- Painting or decorating components.
- Damaging or losing supplied parts.
- Permanently joining miniature structures.
- Using components in a manner that substantially reduces resale value.
Where handling exceeds reasonable inspection and reduces the value of goods, Mini World Emporium may make a lawful deduction reflecting the actual diminished value.
Where justified, the deduction may be substantial and could equal the full purchase price.
Any deduction will be assessed individually and will not be applied automatically merely because packaging has been opened.
This section does not restrict statutory remedies for faulty, unsafe, incomplete or misdescribed goods.
RETURNING PRODUCTS SAFELY
Customers returning goods should take reasonable care to package them securely.
Where available, please include:
- Original packaging.
- Assembly instructions.
- Lighting components.
- Miniature pieces and accessories.
- Other items originally supplied.
We recommend using a suitable outer shipping box with sufficient protective materials.
We also recommend retaining proof of postage and using a tracked delivery service with appropriate compensation cover.
Tracking and insurance are recommendations rather than compulsory conditions of a statutory refund.
Customers should include their name and order number where possible.
Returns address:
Mini World Emporium
Afflecks
52 Church Street
Manchester
M4 1PW
United Kingdom
Customers returning faulty goods should contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution and address return costs in accordance with the law.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Products must meet applicable statutory requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where legally required and consistent with their descriptions.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incomplete or materially different from its description, customers should contact us.
We may request a description of the problem and invite customers to provide photographs.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include replacement components, repair, replacement products, price reduction or refund.
The availability and order of remedies will be determined by applicable consumer law.
For qualifying faulty goods, Mini World Emporium will meet its legal obligations regarding reasonable return costs.
Customers’ rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Products purchased directly from our physical store at Afflecks are generally sold on a final-sale basis for change-of-mind purposes.
We do not normally provide refunds or exchanges solely because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants an item or purchased the wrong product, unless otherwise agreed.
This applies particularly to opened or commenced DIY kits.
However, in-store purchases remain protected by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in our in-store policy excludes remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.
GIFT CARDS
Where available, Mini World Emporium gift cards may be purchased or redeemed subject to the conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards may be restricted to use in our physical store where expressly stated.
Where a gift card is valid for a single transaction only, this condition will be communicated before purchase.
Any restrictions concerning expiry dates, remaining balances, transferability or redemption will be clearly disclosed where applicable.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable where we cannot reasonably verify their ownership or remaining value.
Nothing in this section removes statutory rights or other legal protections.
4. Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will govern. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that (1) you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, (2) that the information you provide for such payment method is true, correct and complete, (3) charges incurred by you will be honored by the provider of your payment method, and (4) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
PRICING, PAYMENT AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The applicable product price will be displayed before checkout.
Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be made clear before customers commit to payment.
Prices may differ between our website and physical store.
Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors.
Where a material error is identified before acceptance, we may decline the order and offer the customer the opportunity to purchase at the correct price.
Any cancellation of an accepted order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Customers confirm that they are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other providers available at checkout.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Products purchased during sales, promotions or clearance events remain protected by statutory consumer rights.
The usual online cancellation rights generally apply to qualifying sale products.
Discounted pricing does not automatically remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Where an item is discounted because of a specifically disclosed defect, the customer’s rights regarding that disclosed defect may be affected as permitted by law.
Other statutory protections remain applicable.
5. Shipping and delivery
Except as otherwise stated, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, supply shortages, utility or telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or other similar events. See our shipping policy for more details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Mini World Emporium currently offers UK delivery to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timescales will be communicated before payment.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, with standard UK delivery generally estimated at 2–4 working days where advertised.
Some deliveries may take longer depending on destination, service availability and circumstances.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
During busy periods, including Christmas, Halloween, Manchester Pride, major promotions and other seasonal events, processing and delivery times may increase.
Other delays may arise from severe weather, courier disruption, supply issues, public holidays or events beyond our reasonable control.
Where significant delays occur, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with customers.
Our separate Shipping Policy provides further information.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
For consumer orders shipped using a carrier arranged or offered by Mini World Emporium, responsibility for the goods normally remains with us until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.
An exception may apply where the customer independently arranges a carrier not offered by Mini World Emporium.
Customers should contact us if a parcel is lost, damaged or not delivered.
We may investigate with the delivery provider and request reasonable information to establish what occurred.
Photographs may assist investigations but are not mandatory conditions of statutory remedies.
Where appropriate, we will provide a refund, replacement or another remedy required by law.
Nothing in this section removes rights relating to late delivery, non-delivery or damaged goods.
CLICK & COLLECT
Where available, customers may select collection from our physical store.
Collection address:
Mini World Emporium
Afflecks
52 Church Street
Manchester
M4 1PW
Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before travelling to collect it.
We may request an order confirmation or reasonable proof of identity.
Selecting Click & Collect for an eligible online purchase does not automatically remove statutory distance-selling cancellation rights.
UNCOLLECTED CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
We ask customers to collect their orders within a reasonable period after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
If an order remains uncollected, we may contact the customer to arrange collection or another suitable resolution.
Where an order remains uncollected for an extended period, we may issue a further notice requesting collection within a reasonable specified timeframe.
Any cancellation, refund, storage charge or other action will be subject to applicable law and any conditions properly disclosed before purchase.
We will not automatically treat an uncollected order as abandoned or retain payment without a lawful basis.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Unless international delivery is expressly offered at checkout, Mini World Emporium currently supplies orders only to supported UK destinations.
Where international shipping becomes available, customers will be informed of the available destinations, delivery charges and relevant conditions before purchasing.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT, duties or other charges.
Responsibility for these charges will be communicated clearly before purchase where applicable, including whether charges are collected at checkout or payable on import.
International deliveries may be subject to additional processing times or restrictions.
Customers should ensure that products can lawfully be imported into the destination country.
Nothing in this section removes consumer rights or legal responsibilities that apply to cross-border sales.

11. Feedback
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use. We may, for example, use our rights under this license to operate, provide, evaluate, enhance, improve and promote the Services and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under the Terms of Service. You also represent and warrant that: (1) you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback; (2) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your submission of Feedback; and (3) your Feedback will comply with these Terms of Service. We are and shall be under no obligation (a) to maintain your Feedback in confidence; (b) to pay compensation for your Feedback; or (c) to respond to your Feedback. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service. You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene Feedback, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you make and its accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third-party.
12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.

13.2 In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext the services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping, data gathering and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, AI tools (such as agentic AI) or automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent the security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we employ to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.
14. Agents
14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed on behalf of or using a person's device, without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with any service.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.
14.4 Agents must: (a) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (b) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (i) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns, or (ii) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans, (c) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer, (d) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.
15. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; entire agreement, Assignment, Governing law, Privacy policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Mini World Emporium, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mini World Emporium, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
19. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other laws that cannot be waived by contract. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, those rights will apply.
20. Waiver; entire agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
21. Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mini World Emporium is headquartered or incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Mini World Emporium consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. You and Mini World Emporium consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts or rely on mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence.
23. Translations
The Terms of Service may be available in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistencies or conflicts between these English Terms of Service and Terms of Service available in another language, the most current English version of the Terms of Service will prevail. Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service will be resolved in English unless otherwise determined by Mini World Emporium (acting in its sole discretion) or as required by applicable law.
